There has been a growing interest in controlled heat flux manipulation to increase the efficiency of thermal apparatus. Heat manipulators control and manipulate flow. A key effective performance these is their design. Such designs can be achieved by materials specially engineered have outstanding properties that not with natural (known as metamaterials or meta-structure), whose geometry material optimized for specific objective. In this work, we focus on metamaterial-based such concentrator (which concentrates specified region domain). The main scope current work optimize shape using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method. defined NURBS basis functions due higher smoothness continuity boundary value problem solved Isogeometric Analysis (IGA). Often, nodes design variables (as Lagrange finite element method) generate serrate shapes boundaries which need smoothened later. For NURBS-based points variables, required predefined through knot vectors smoothening post-processing avoided. generated PSO compared other exploited literature. effects number conductivity used, well some parameters optimum are also demonstrated.
